to do their job, and their career.
GPMU Scotland also believes that support for a member at their work should
not only be confined to their place of work but also seek to assist that
member in other areas of life which may be affecting their work.
GPMU Scotland also believes that such a service must be rendered in accordance
with up-to-date technology and meet the expectations of members.
